Assistant Director of Nursing
The position is responsible for clinical outcomes, operations, and staff supervisor for a 22-bed neighborhood which includes short-term rehab and long-term care. He/she will monitor staffing, scheduling, and payroll in extended care. The person will ensure appropriate staff are provided based on resident acuity in each level of care, and provide recommendations based on identified needs of the neighborhood. The position will also monitor clinical quality areas including wound care, infection control, falls risk reduction, pain management, weight loss, and dehydration.
The ideal candidate will possess a current RN license with no restrictions for the state in which they operate. Basic computer skills are required, including experience with Microsoft Office, the internet and web applications. Expertise in wound care, quality improvement, MDS, falls, hydration, infection control, care planning is a plus.

This position will greet and direct residents, visitors, staff, and handle questions/concerns efficiently. He/she will operate switchboard and direct calls efficiently, and monitor reception-area traffic (directing deliveries, packages, etc.). The person will keep accurate lists of residents, alphabetically and by resident apartment, and keep accurate census information (hospitalizations, deaths, etc.).

Associate Executive Director
This position will be responsible for all facets of community management. This individual will be assisting the Executive Director in facilitation and coordination of various teams of management, leadership, and executives in providing vision and leadership for the community. Other responsibilities include achieving company-wide objectives for quality care and services, achieving revenue, cost, and profitability targets, resident/community public relations, and staff development.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have a minimum of five years of management experience with progressively more responsible positions, preferably in CCRCs, healthcare, hospitals, hospitality, and other customer-focused industries.
