“You Are Enough: Keeping It 100 With Yourself” by Lisa Wright Bryant is a book/ journal that encourages people to face their past and present problems and live life to the fullest, writes Bill Rettew for Daily Local News.
The Chester author’s aim is to empower people by giving them strategies to help overcome their issues. The book also has a journal section where readers can track their progress.
Wright Bryant is also a pastor of Divine Liberty Ministries as well as a well-known speaker, trainer, singer, and TV host. She has traveled around the country empowering people to become agents of change.
Wright Bryant is a holder of two B.S. and an M.A. degree, including a B.S. degree in liberal studies with a music education minor from West Chester University.
She is also the secretary of the West Chester University Alumni Association and President and CEO of LM Bryant Consulting.
Wright Bryant will be speaking about her new book at Uptown! Knauer Performing Arts Center on March 24 at 5 P.M.
